4 Days tour from Marrakech to Chefchaouen
DAY 1 :MARRAKECH – KASBAH AIT BEN HADDOU –OUARZAZATE – DADES VALLEY :
Early morning, your driver will pick you up from your hotel or riad in Marrakech. First, we will drive through the largest pass Tizi n’Tichka in the High atlas mountains. During the Marrakech Desert Tours via Merzouga Desert, you will enjoy your time discovering many berber villages. Next, we will visit Ait Ben Haddou Kasbah, the UNESCO heritage site, in order to discover the mud buildings situated upon the hill. Lunch will be at the kasbah. From there, we will drive to the dades valley, passing Ouarzazate the Moroccan Hollywood. Then, we will stop at the rose valley Kalaat Mgouna, known for its annual rose festival in May. Finally, we will arrive to the Dades gorges, where you will dine in beautiful local restaurants overlooking the rocky gorges, also you will spend the night there.
DAY 2 :DADES VALLEY – TODRA GORGES – MERZOUGA AND CAMEL TREK:
In the morning after breakfast, we explore the Gorges known as “the monkey toes”. Then, we will go to another spectacular valley on this Marrakech Desert Tours via Merzouga Desert, named Todra valley. Passing through Tinghir. In the same way, you will have fun and enjoy your time watching the beauty of the surrounding. Arriving to the valley, you will explore the place, and walk under the red cliff of 300m deep. Furthermore, the place gives a big opportunity for climbers to do their preferred sport. Then, we will continue to Merzouga village, passing through Erfoud and Rissani where you will have lunch. Upon arrival to Merzouga, you will go to the hotel to have a rest, and drink the Moroccan mint tea. Then, you will head to the desert on camels to indulge yourself by the coolness of the place, and watch the sensational sunset. After that, you will pass the night in berber tents at the heart of the desert. In the first place, you will have an experience of life time, enjoying the fire camps, berber dinner, and sleeping under the magical sky.
DAY 3 :MERZOUGA DESERT –ZIZ VALLEY – CEDAR FOREST – FES :
Next morning, we recommend you to wake up a little bit early to watch the changing color of the sand seas made by the dramatic sunrise. After that, your expert camel rider will drive you back to Merzouga upon the camels. After breakfast, we will head to Fes, passing by Errachidia, and the wonderful Ziz valley which contains a series of gorges, if we have time, we may walk under the rocky canyons of 320M high. Then, we will pass by Midelt ans stop at Zaida, where you will have lunch on the Moroccan way, barbecue and the refreshing mint tea. Our next stop will be the cedar forest near Azrou, you will discover the way of life of its people who are still living in caves. Furthermore, the forest is the largest one in Morocco, and it is the home for the Barbary apes. Then, we will stop at Ifrane known as little switzerland, we may stroll in the city and see the famous lion landmark. Passing by Immouzer, and arriving to Fes in the afternoon. Overnight will be in the riad or hotel in Fes.
DAY 4 : EXPLORING FES IN THE MORNING THEN DRIVE TO CHEFCHAOUEN
First, in the Morning you will explore Fes, the oldest city in Morocco. You will be amazed by its narrow alleys back date to the 12th century. In addition, to the oldest school in the world AL-QUARRAOUINE, and the vivid local markets. Plus, the artisanal products which are uniquely made in Fes. After lunch with the best Moroccan tajine, you will travel to Chefchaouen, the blue city. Hence end of our Marrakech Desert Tours via Merzouga Desert.

We use 4×4 vehicles, Toyota Land Cruisers or similar for our private tours. SUV 4×4’s have lots of room and they seat 4 and 5 average sized people quite comfortably.
You can relax and wear whatever is familiar and comfortable on the street at home. Morocco is very tolerant and welcoming to visitors, you’re not expected to act or look like a Moroccan.
